Susan O. Gray, owner and president of BtB Enterprises, LLC has lifelong disability experience and has spent the last 13 years in health education, disability awareness and advocacy for inclusion of people with disabilities in all aspects of our society. Even though the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) the civil rights act for people with disabilities is more than 21 years old and provides formal freedom from discrimination on the basis of disability, attitudes and changes in social behavior are slow in coming. Susan seeks to hasten that change.
She is a certified ADA Coordinator and has substantial experience in state government, helping state agencies comply with their employer-related responsibilities under the ADA, including the provision of reasonable accommodations.
In addition to her disability experience, Susan is a Certified Personality Trainer and has been using The Personalities for more than 14 years helping people maximize their strengths, strengthen their weaknesses and learn to appreciate the personalities of others, so they can work together effectively to achieve common goals.
As a trained and experienced mediator, Susan brings her knowledge of disability issues and the ADA to the table, which can prove invaluable if the conflict in question involves disability issues.
